As a Product Manager, I wear many hats to make things happen.

 

I learn how users think and feel via market research and user interviews. It allows me to build features that truly serve them.
 

I identify problems and root causes, as well as prioritise the ones that are worth solving based on impact and effort. Most importantly, I need to ensure the solution solves the problem for real.

 

I constantly learn various skills and knowledge to build solid results. I review data insights to assess what works or not. I observe how stakeholders work to coordinate with them better. I consult engineers to ensure the execution is thorough.
